While there is plenty of concern over the potential downsides of AI, its positive upsides might be overlooked. That’s especially true as it applies to the career prospects of the younger generations.

It’s an exciting time to be young and headed toward your first job. Yes, there’s some uncertainty in the economy and job market. But massive change, while disruptive, creates remarkable possibilities for new jobs, better careers, and more financially rewarding work that is interesting and beneficial. This is a time of tremendous opportunity!

A new age of technology is here and I believe we can leverage it to make the world a better place. Not only is AI reshaping the workforce of the future the way the Internet did a generation ago, but it has also opened up new career pathways for young people that don’t require a four-year degree.
