Welcome to The Perna Syndicate! Today is Employee Appreciation Day 2021. I hope you feel appreciated at your place of employment for the work you put in every day.

It’s sad but true that employees who don’t feel appreciated have little motivation to stay in their roles. This can result in the loss of great talent, creating a high turnover rate that can damage the workplace culture.

A year ago, Employee Appreciation Day 2020 found our workforce unwittingly poised on the edge of a world-shaking pandemic. In light of the incredible challenges that employees everywhere have navigated over the past year, today is a great opportunity to express your gratitude.

At my company TFS Results, I have the privilege of leading a remarkable team of talented professionals. I’d like to publicly thank them, right now, for their incredible work this past year.

When the pandemic hit, we pivoted. Together, we completely reinvented our business model to thrive in a newly virtual world. And they’ve rocked it. Every challenge I brought them, they solved. Every tight deadline we had to meet, they met. They’re innovators, they’re hard workers, and they share our clients’ passion for making a difference.
